As we move deeper into spring, Legal Aid is excited to offer a full schedule of FREE brief legal advice clinics in the community, providing help to people where and when they need legal assistance.

In addition, we are pleased be available for walk-in visits again!  Our offices in Cleveland (1223 West Sixth Street), Elyria (1530 West River Road North, Suite 301), and Jefferson (121 East Walnut Street) are now open to the public without an appointment. Applicants seeking Legal Aid’s assistance can visit the Cleveland office weekdays from 9:00am-5:00pm, or the Elyria and Jefferson offices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-5:00pm. Walk-in applicants are offered several options to complete an intake to ensure access to services.

In addition to walk-in intake, Legal Aid is proud to offer online intake in both English and Spanish. Legal Aid se enorgullece de ofrecer ahora admisión en línea tanto en inglés como en español. Those who wish to apply for Legal Aid’s help can visit lasclev.org and apply online anytime. Applicants can also call Legal Aid for help during most business hours at 888-817-3777.

Community members with questions about a housing issue can call our Tenant Info Line (216-861-5955 or 440-210-4533) anytime.  For employment questions, community members can call our Worker Info Line (216-861-5899 or 440-210-4532).
