As part of the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, Cleveland Legal Aid created a separate entity – Northeast Ohio Legal Aid – to support state and federal advocacy. Northeast Ohio Legal Aid’s first day of operation was February 1, 2025 with the hiring of Katherine Hollingsworth, Esq., former Managing Attorney of Cleveland Legal Aid’s Economic Justice Practice Group. Follow the work of this new organization, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, via their LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/company/neolegalaid) and watch for their website coming soon!
