We have all types of brief advice clinics, including one helping veterans. That’s a voice that needs to be heard. They have their issues and just need someone to listen and give the advice of an attorney. A person feels very good about that.
At Legal Aid, people are treated with respect. A voice is given to people who cannot speak for themselves. I find the work so rewarding.
