FREE medical care now available in Cuyahoga County through a new program - MetroHealth Care Plus! This program through MetroHealth offers low-income, uninsured residents of Cuyahoga County between the ages of 19 to 64 coverage for services such as doctor visits, medications, hospital care, dental care, mental health services, and medical equipment.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Your income must be at or below 133% of the federal poverty level. This is $15,282 for a single person.
- You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant who has been in the U.S. for five years or longer.
- You must live in Cuyahoga County.
- You are 19 to 64 years old.
- You have no health insurance and you cannot get Medicaid or Medicare.
