This clinic focuses on divorce matters.   Those attending will be counseled by volunteer attorneys and provided with the tools to handle divorce matters on their own. A first come, first served free advice clinic for low-income U.S. Veterans with civil legal issues related to shelter, safety, consumer rights, health, education, work or income issues. August Community Outreach Clinic in Ashtabula
