Clinic to Help Citizens Born in Puerto Rico

LORAIN "” The Puerto Rican Legislative Assembly approved a law earlier this year that will make all Puerto Rico birth certificates issued before July 1, 2010, null. Those birth certificates will become invalid Sept. 30 and individuals will need to apply for new ones. A free clinic will take place to help citizens born in Puerto Rico obtain new birth certificates.
