This continuing legal education program is free with participation in the clinic to follow. It will provide important education on legal topics for nonprofit leaders, as well as training for attorneys looking to serve and advise nonprofits that are making a difference in the community.
1.5 CLE credits (pending)
Hosted by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Northeast Ohio, and the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter.
"Risk(y) Business: Nonprofit Risk Management 101" will feature an engaging panel discussion with four attorneys discussing a variety of risk management issues facing nonprofits today. Topics will include how to identify and assess risk, how insurance comes into play, and best practices for managing risk.
