Legal Aid is proud to partner with Brouse McDowell LPA. Our collaboration helps extend justice to people and families with low incomes in Northeast Ohio. Together we are the difference between homelessness and home; danger and safety; poverty and security.
Last year, Legal Aid helped more than 17,300 people in more than 6,600 cases. And thousands more were assisted through Legal Aid’s outreach, education, and broad-based advocacy. As the only civil legal aid provider in Northeast Ohio (our service area spans Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Lorain counties), Legal Aid plays a unique and critical role in our region. With 117 years of experience and growing partnerships with organizations like Brouse McDowell, we are leading clients along paths of stability, strength, and hope.
Last year, Brouse McDowell had 17% participation in individual support and 17% pro bono volunteers. We also collaborated on an Access to Justice CLE. Finally, we are grateful to Brouse McDowell for being a General Sponsor of our two major events: Jam for Justice and Annual Meeting.
