CLEVELAND--Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray joined a chorus of outrage Tuesday after Bank of America said it will resume foreclosures just 2 ½ weeks after halting them over questionable paperwork. Cordray and others questioned how well the nation's largest bank could have reviewed its documents in such a short time. He also said the bank should favor modifying people's loans instead of foreclosing on them.
