Ethics and Community Lawyering CLE

Join us for a virtual training focused on Community Lawyering!

Two Senior Attorneys from Legal Aid's Community Engagement Practice Group, Catherine Donnelly and Mike Russell, will provide instruction about the ethical issues that frequently arise in the context of applying community lawyering principles to representing group clients. The session will include an introduction to community lawyering and a review of relevant ethical rules. We will also work together to apply those rules to various hypothetical scenarios adapted from the instructors’ practice.
