Congratulations to Legal Aid Executive Director Colleen M. Cotter, who was again featured in Cleveland Magazine's Cleveland 500 list!
The list profiles the leaders, doers, decision makers, idea generators and visionaries who are shaping our city, and we are proud to have Colleen included!
Colleen’s legal career has been devoted to public interest work, and 2025 marks her 20th year as the Executive Director of The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. She is responsible for steering the organization, including overseeing legal work, partnerships, resource development, development of new programs, and working with Legal Aid's board to develop goals and strategies. As she states in her Cleveland 500 profile: "Everyone’s voice should be heard. Connections and money should have no influence on justice."
