The U4U Band is new to Jam for Justice 2025!
The U4U Band is a collective of talented Ukrainian musicians, who resettled in Northeast Ohio, and several American musicians. The band’s music is a fusion of traditional Ukrainian sounds with modern rock influences. The U4U Band’s concerts are celebrations of resilience, unity, and the beauty of diversity. Members of the U4U Band devote their time to support a number of causes including Legal Aid.
Members of the U4U Band include: Ivan Prodanyk of Strongsville - vocals (USCRI; CSU); Dan Verkhlin of Cleveland - bass (USCRI); Candee Brown of Medina - drums (Candace L. Brown); Olena Aleksieieva of Streetsboro - (piano); Yaryna Tsarysnka of North Royalton - (violin); and Dan Cooley of Fairview Park - (guitar).
