Cleveland Leadership Center has announced the 2025 classes for its Cleveland Bridge Builders and OnBoard Cleveland programs.
The programs bring together employees from the public, private, nonprofit and governmental sectors. Both are part of Cleveland Leadership Center’s larger suite of programs designed to “build a continuum of civic leaders committed to our community’s excellence,” the organization says.
Bridge Builders is tailored to mid-career professionals and focuses on building relationships and exploring opportunities for change across Northeast Ohio. OnBoard Cleveland, meanwhile, looks to inspire early-career professionals to have a greater impact in their companies and communities.
“Leaders at all levels need to become equipped with the skills, networks, and passion to be forces for positive and sustainable change,” said CLC President and CEO Marianne Crosley in a statement. “OnBoarders are not just our future – they already are having great impact.”
Bridge Builders, a 10-month program, kicks off in September, examining topics such as emotional intelligence, implicit bias, power and influence and collaborative leadership, according to a news release issued by Cleveland Leadership Center. Members will work in teams to help area organizations with specific initiatives through Leadership Action Projects.
Last year, Bridge Builders assisted groups such as Westlake Meals on Wheels and the Rotary Club of Cleveland.
Earlier this month, Cleveland Leadership Center announced its 2025 Leadership Cleveland class, a group of senior-level leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors.
