Quo Vadis Cobb is a dynamic and experienced attorney specializing in cross-functional global team leadership and collaboration, enabling business imperatives through purposeful engagement and sound counsel, and communicating effectively about complex issues. Quo Vadis has a wealth of risk mitigation and cross-functional experience in support of business operations, advising on M&A, digital transformation, and global go-to-market strategies.
Quo Vadis currently serves as Vice President Internal Audit for Jacobs. In this role, Quo Vadis is responsible for leading and developing a global team of auditors and advancing the Internal Audit strategy of becoming a more value-added business partner. Quo Vadis reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the CFO.
Most recently Quo Vadis was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Global Litigation for Jacobs where she was responsible for directing the Company’s litigation management strategy for a multi-million dollar global disputes portfolio, counseling the executive management team on risk mitigation and dispute strategies, and leading a global team of attorneys and professionals.
Prior to joining Jacobs, Quo Vadis was in-house counsel at Rockwell Automation for 10 years, most recently holding the position of General Counsel, Global Market Access & Litigation, where she served as primary commercial legal support and counsel for both Rockwell Automation’s Global Market Access team and its $7B Global Sales and Marketing Organization for the Americas. Additionally, Quo Vadis led Rockwell Automation’s Enterprise Risk Management Program. Prior to her employment with Rockwell Automation Quo Vadis served as in-house counsel for 84 Lumber Company and was in private practice as an attorney at K&L Gates, LLP, amongst other roles.
Quo Vadis is actively involved in the community where she lives and works, currently serving as a President of the Board of Directors for The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Play House, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cuyahoga County Library Foundation. Quo Vadis is also a trustee and teacher at the Lord of the Harvest Ministries.
Quo Vadis obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, a Master of Arts degree in Rhetoric from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University.
Quo Vadis greatly enjoys spending time with family and friends, international travel, and experiencing arts in all forms.
