Please join us for a 1.5-hour CLE about the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and conflicts of interest. Speakers include:
- Chis Klasa (CMBA Bar Counsel),
- Karen Rubin (Ethics Professor at CSU Law), and
- Lauren Gilbride (Managing Attorney, Volunteer Lawyers Program at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland)
Following the review of the ethics rules, the panel will discuss 5 different hypothetical situations based on common Legal Aid case scenarios and talk through the conflicts rules and how they apply to each hypothetical situation.
1.5 hours of Professional Conduct credit is pending for this CLE.
