In Memory of Bill Behrens

With heavy hearts we share the news that local attorney, Bill Behrens, passed away.

Bill's path to the law was unconventional: he was so frustrated with his own foreclosure case, which he defended pro se, that he finished college and law school in four years to become an attorney to help others who were wronged by an unjust and unfair economic system.

In addition to his full time practice, Bill was a volunteer with Legal Aid, taking pro bono foreclosure cases for families with low-income.
