CLE for Attorneys - Ohio Eviction Law Basics

The Ohio Eviction Law Basics CLE will cover the statutes and resources relevant to eviction law, helpful information about the courts, and commonly used pleadings in eviction cases.

This CLE will cover the eviction actions process, the claims in eviction actions, related landlord/tenant issues, representing tenants in Right to Counsel cases, and volunteering with Legal Aid’s Volunteer Lawyer Project.
