CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Judges, attorneys and law students will rock out onstage at this year’s Jam for Justice fundraiser on Sept. 22, benefitting the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
The show features a lineup of bands -- many with courtroom themes -- that include legal professionals in their groups. This year’s list of performing bands consists of Faith & Whiskey, Luke Lindberg and Hung Jury, Out of Order, The No Name Band, Razing the Bar, State Road and Six Sometimes Seven.
Jam for Justice will take place outside the Great Lakes Science Center. Tickets to the event cost $50, which include a drink and a dinner. A virtual viewing ticket is available for $100, and it includes a treat shipped to your home. VIP and children tickets are also available.
Funds from Jam from Justice go to Legal Aid, a nonprofit that provides free attorneys to people who face legal issues. According to a press release, the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland assisted about 15,000 Northeast Ohioans with legal issues that included unemployment, eviction and more.
Jam for Justice has taken place since 2008; last year, the concert went virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic.
