This in-depth documentary explores the case of a Chinese-American police officer who killed an unarmed black man in a New York City housing project. The incident stirred emotions and led to demands for justice. When the officer became the first member of the NYPD to be convicted in a decade, two marginalized communities were pitted against one another.
