Legal Aid Receives Grant from the Ashtabula Foundation Towards Creating Housing Stability

Legal Aid recently received a $7,500 grant from the Ashtabula Foundation to create housing stability for Ashtabula County residents through information and legal assistance for renters and homeowners facing housing instability. With this program, Legal Aid will provide legal information, advice and representation on rental housing and foreclosure issues and will expand the Tenant Information Line - which currently serves mostly Cuyahoga County residents - to Ashtabula County.

The Ashtabula Foundation is a philanthropic organization whose primary mission is the betterment of Ashtabula County through the administration of funds consistent with the intent of donors to address the significant needs of Ashtabula County.
