Brief Advice Clinic

A first come, first served free advice clinic for low-income individuals with civil legal issues. Please bring all relevant paperwork with you.

While this clinic will handle all civil legal questions, it will have a special focus on consumer rights as part of Consumer Protection Week. Extra attorneys will be available from Legal Aid, the FTC and other organizations to help with consumer rights questions.

This clinic is in partnership with One Community Reads, a shared reading experience for the Greater Cleveland Community. From January through March 2018, Greater Clevelanders are encouraged to read Evicted: Poverty and Profit in the American City by Matthew Desmond and join in community discussions among the public and community leaders focused on housing insecurity concerns and fair housing solutions being implemented around the Cleveland area.
