Legal Aid helps highlight on how expensive it is to be poor

WOIO highlights one Cleveland woman's journey with financial difficulties and legal hardships - a common issue of Legal Aid clients. Melanie Shakarian, Legal Aid's Director of Development and Communications explained, "We help 20,000 people a year with about 9,000 cases and through every one we see how expensive it is to be poor."
