This morning, the Lake County Bar Association honored attorney Ann Bergen with the Presidential Award at the annual Law Day breakfast. The Presidential Award is presented annually to someone who has provided outstanding "service to the community and service to the profession."
At Legal Aid, we are proud to call Ann "one of our own." She has served on Legal Aid's board of directors for the past six years, and is president of the Board of Directors in 2013. As an active attorney in private practice, she always finds the time to advocate for Legal Aid and encourage others to get involved. Congrats to Ann Bergen!
