Location: The Beachland Ballroom – 15711 Waterloo Rd, Cleveland, OH 44110. Attire is business casual and casual – get ready to relax, network, and enjoy great music by law students, lawyers and judges.
Parking is easy – valet service will be available for $10 per vehicle, cash preferred. Ridesharing is encouraged! Feel free to also try your luck for a surprise street spot... there is limited free street parking in the neighborhood around the venue.
Ticket? What ticket? No worries, there are no physical tickets! Your name is already on the door list. Just see a Legal Aid staff member to check in when you arrive.
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. This is an all-ages event, so Beachland staff will check IDs at the door. Thanks for your patience in case there is a tiny bit of a wait as everyone gets checked-in.
Upon entering the venue, the Tavern Stage will be to your right and the Ballroom Stage will be straight ahead.
Light food and one drink ticket are included with your entry. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. There are multiple bars, and quieter spots for mingling and chatting with friends on the east side of the venue (the patio) and the north side of the venue (the tented area) - food will be in those quieter spots!

The first band kicks off at 5:20 p.m. Thanks to two stages, we’ll have rotating music all night! Emcees Stephanie Haney (WKYC) and Delante Spencer Thomas (Norman S. Minor Bar Association) will keep the party going, along with music from DJ Brad Wolfe.
