Wills, Estate Planning, and Advance Directives with LGBTQ+ Focus

Advance care planning involves discussing and preparing for future decisions about your medical care if you become seriously ill or unable to communicate your wishes. Many people also choose to put their preferences in writing by completing legal documents called advance directives, such as a living will and durable power of attorney for health care.

Learn more about estate planning and get help completing advance directives paperwork during a two-part series offered by The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland. All events will be hosted at The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland, 6705 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102.
