In 2021, Legal Aid will host its two major events - Jam for Justice and the Annual Meeting & Report to the Community. We are planning virtual formats but will be flexible if we can gather later in the year. Both events raise important funds that help Legal Aid continue providing life-changing civil legal services, which are even more vital during this time of great need.
Jam for Justice, slated for late summer, will feature a variety of talented musicians performing for the benefit of Legal Aid. The Annual Meeting & Report to the Community will be held in the late fall and celebrates Legal Aid's impactful work in pursuit of justice for our region's most vulnerable residents. Several awards are presented at the meeting each year to honor staff and volunteers.
Both events have enjoyed strong sponsor support from area law firms, businesses, and community partners. Sponsorship investments come with a host of benefits: publicity leading up to and during both events, including social media posts and messages to our mailing list of more than 20,000. In addition, sponsors are recognized in our Annual Meeting program, which is widely circulated in Cleveland's legal and business communities.
