Legal Aid to receive community reinvestment grant

The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland is among 26 nonprofit organizations in Athens and Cuyahoga counties to receive funding from Ohio’s Medicaid Health Plans as part of the Community Reinvestment Collaborative Plan (CRCP) created under the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s Next Generation of Medicaid Managed Care (NextGen) program. The funding will support Legal Aid's Medical-Legal Partnership expansion, which embeds civil legal assistance in health care settings to address social drivers of health.
