Washington Post – “Just Say ‘I Don’t'”

Citizens of Virginia scheduled to vote this week on amendment to constitution banning gay marriage and, in effect, refusing to recognize, in legal matters, unmarried couples.   The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland comments on similar legislation passed in Ohio, warning that such a policy may create grey area for domestic disputes between such couples.
