Residents at Granada Gardens in Warrensville Heights staged a protest before city council demanding that the 93 code violations, such as water leaks, broken elevators, and mice infestation, in the apartment complex be addressed.
The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland is representing the tenants with the Granada Gardens Tenants Association.
