According to the Columbus Dispatch, benefit errors slam jobless. The state overpaid unemployed Ohioans $70.3million worth of unemployment benefits in 2010, nearly doubling the amount of nonfraudulent overpayments received in 2008, The Dispatch has learned.
Anita Myerson, a senior attorney at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland was quoted as an expert in the story.
