The question of balancing the three branches of government has cropped up increasingly over the past decade under both Presidents Obama and Trump. In an era of increasing legislative gridlock, challenges to judicial independence, and alleged executive overreach, where does the state of balance of powers stand now? Join our panel of experts for an overview of the Constitutional concept of balance of governmental powers along with a look at current cases and a look to the future.

3Rs volunteers are invited to attend for free, but non-volunteers are welcome. To learn more about The 3Rs, visit CleMetroBar.org/3Rs.
