Volunteer attorneys with expertise in Probate/Estate Planning are needed for telephonic brief advice sessions that will be offered to pre-screened, low-income individuals during the week of October 19-23, 2020.
This Virtual Advice Clinic is a collaboration with the Cuyahoga County Probate Court and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Training, mentorship and other support will be available from Legal Aid's Volunteer Lawyers Program.
