Open enrollment for customers in receipt of Medicaid is November 1st to November 30th.
If customers are interested in changing managed care plans, they should log in to the self service portal at www.ohiomh.com, to learn more about enrollment options, finding providers, or making plan changes.
Customers may also call the toll-free number at 1-800-324-8680, Monday - Fridays 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
