According to data from Brown University, Chicago is the most segregated city in the country between Black and white residents. In Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted Under the Color Of Law, Richard Rothstein teams up with policy expert Leah Rothstein to present solutions to this entrenched problem.

The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland’s Right to Counsel program is highlighted in the book and on WBEZ's Reset segment as a program that helps to challenge segregation.
