Legal Aid welcomes new board member

The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland’s Board of Directors is comprised of 24 members. Board members serve three-year terms and are actively engaged in the organization. Eight of the 24 board members represent low-income community and the remainder are attorneys or other professionals who bring diverse experience and skills together with a shared commitment to Legal Aid's mission.

At the June 22, 2022 meeting, Legal Aid welcomed new board member, Jason R. Bristol, Esq.

Jason is a Partner at Cohen Rosenthal & Kramer LLP, specializing in employment litigation. In addition to litigation, he routinely serves as a mediator in complex wage and hour disputes, and is an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he teaches courses on the Fair Labor Standards Act and appellate advocacy.

Jason is active in the community and serves on boards for several civic organizations. He received his JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
