Submit referrals concerning the well-being or safety of an older adult

The Cuyahoga Division of Senior and Adult Services (DSAS) launched a web portal that will allow any individual concerned about the well-being or safety of an older adult in Cuyahoga County to make a referral.  Referrals will be reviewed and the person making the referral will be notified if a case is accepted or if more information is needed.  Click here to access the portal from the DSAS website.
