People with driver’s license blocks or forfeitures issued by Garfield Heights Municipal Court are given the opportunity to resolve outstanding issues without further penalty through the Fresh Start program.
From June 15 through September 18, drivers who owe court fines and costs can appear without being arrested to pay the amount owed, or to pay $100 and request additional time to pay the balance owed.
