Jessica Baggett, managing attorney of The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland in Lorain County, will be sworn-in at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10, 2022 as the newest President of the Lorain County Bar Association. The mid-day Friday ceremony will be held in the Assembly Room of the Lorain County Justice Center. Judge Sherry Glass will preside over the swearing-in.
Ms. Baggett has practiced law for 29 years in Ohio, and has served as a managing attorney at Legal Aid since 2007. Prior to that, she was a magistrate in Lorain County Domestic Relations Court Juvenile Division, and a staff attorney at Southeastern Ohio Legal Services.
She is a graduate of The Ohio State University (undergraduate) and Ohio Northern University School of Law.
