Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court - Tax Foreclosure & Housing Resource Event

This is an opportunity to secure up to $10,000 in financial assistance and meet face-to-face with multiple organizations who may help you resolve your tax foreclosure delinquency. At this event you can:

• Apply for grants and other assistance from community organizations and government agencies
• Learn how to apply for repayment plans
• Receive exact payoff amount and a breakdown of costs
• Get answers about the foreclosure process from Court personnel, including Court Magistrates

Note: Please enter through the door in the back (North side) of the Garfield Heights Civic Center. Ample on-site parking and nearby RTA stop.

To apply for payment plans and other assistance programs, please bring the following items with you:

• Photo identification (for everyone over 18 in the household)
• Social Security cards (for ALL household members regardless of age)
• Income documentation from the past 30 days (for everyone over 18 in the household)
• Utility bills (Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Internet, etc.)
