Brief Advice Clinic - Estate Planning Focus

A specialty brief advice clinic answering legal questions and providing individuals with basic estate planning information. Help will be available for questions about:

• Basic Wills
• Financial and Healthcare Powers of Attorney
• Living Wills/Advanced Directives
• Transfer on Death Paperwork
• Foreclosure
• Public benefits
• Consumer/debt problems
• Other civil legal issues

No appointments needed - first come, first served.  (Only questions on civil legal issues, not criminal problems).  Please bring all important paperwork with you.
