The civil justice gap, defined as the difference between the civil legal needs of low-income Americans and the resources available to meet those needs, is persistent and widening.  Colleen Cotter, Executive Director of The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, will be joining The City Club of Cleveland for a lunchtime panel on the scope and scale of the civil justice gap, as well exploration on potential solutions.
