This is a free opportunity to meet face-to-face with people who may help with your mortgage foreclosure and delinquency. At this event you can:

• Ask questions about the foreclosure process
• Apply for programs that you may eligible for to assist
• Meet with Community Resource Agencies
• Talk to Magistrates for general information

(Free parking available in St. Ignatius student lot on Lorain Ave. between West 28^th & West 29^th Streets & at The Breen Center, 2008 W. 30^th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113)

To apply for a mortgage loan modification, please bring the following items with you: (for each member listed on the mortgage loan)

• Identification
• Paystubs from the last 30 days
• Most recent FILED tax returns from the last TWO YEARS or a signed IRS Form 4506-T or 4506-EZ
• Most recent bank statements
• Documentation of income that is not from wages (investments, annuities, SSI, SSDI, etc.)
• Mortgage statement
• Utility bills (Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Internet)
• Any recurring monthly bills (credit cards, storage units, car notes, insurance, cell phone, etc.)
• Divorce decree or separation agreement, if applicable
• Hardship letter
• Proof of hardship/Proof of loss of income due to COVID
