Legal Aid advocacy leads to Language Access Plan for City of Cleveland

Leaders from Cleveland's ethnic community gathered with officials from the City of Cleveland and Global Cleveland yesterday at a gathering to highlight how Cleveland is a welcoming city to all.

At the event, Council President Kevin Kelley unveiled the City of Cleveland's new Language Access Plan.  The plan for the City of Cleveland will ensure equal and effective access to city services for Limited English Proficient residents.  Click here to review a copy of the plan, current as of March 2, 2017.
