The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program offer free tax preparation, including e-filing, for people who generally earn $54,000 or less, who are disabled or who have limited English proficiency. Cuyahoga Job and Family Services (CJFS), in partnership with the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Coalition, will be offering low to moderate income taxpayers free tax preparation services at various locations.
