Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services (CJFS), in partnership with the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Coalition, is providing free tax preparation services to low to moderate income taxpayers. There are two County tax sites at the CJFS Neighborhood Family Service Centers at Westshore and Southgate.
Taxpayers can go online to www.211oh.org or simply dial 2-1-1 to schedule an appointment.
In 2014, The EITC Coalition served 12,082 customers using IRS certified volunteer tax preparers. These taxpayers received $14.8 million in federal refunds. For more information visit www.refundohio.org.
