Donors who reached 5, 10, or 15 years of annual giving by the end of 2018 will be welcomed into Legal Aid’s Giving Societies.

Your steady support extended Legal Aid’s reach to 16,947 Northeast Ohioans in 2018 – 6,995 of which were children. Through your generosity, we helped families living in poverty stop their civil legal problems from escalating into emergencies.
In 2018 Legal Aid:
- Increased client safety in 97% of relevant cases
- Prevented over 90% of client evictions
- Secured access to health insurance for 96% of clients
- Removed barriers to education for 95% of clients
- Reduced client debt and increased income and assets by a combined $10.3 million
