A special week honoring pro bono service -- the National Pro Bono Celebration boasts thousands of special events nationwide. In Northeast Ohio, the celebration includes Legal Aid, numerous bar associations, the judiciary, community based organizations and volunteer attorneys.

In Northeast Ohio, the celebration calendar includes numerous clinics and presentations not just during Pro Bono Week, but all of October - including:
- Special reception for current or potential ACT 2 volunteers on October 24,
- Special events in collaboration with local bar associations and the judiciary,
- Brief Advice Clinics on October 14 at Fatima Family Center and University Hospitals Otis Moss Jr. Health Center, October 21 at the Fulton Branch of the Cleveland Public Library, October 24 at the Main Branch of the Cleveland Public Library, and October 28 at Chagrin Falls Park Community Center.
- A special clinic for U.S. Veterans on October 4,
- Special expungement clinics on October 5 and October 26.
- FREE Continuing Legal Education program on October 26 focused on risk management for nonprofits
