Cleveland Plain Dealer – “Frank Murtaugh (Legal Aid alum) helped with high-court housing case”

Former Legal Aid attorney Frank D. Murtagh, Jr., passed September 30 at age 64. Mr. Murtaugh was one of a team of Legal Aid lawyers who argued the  Moore v. City of East Cleveland case before U.S. Supreme Court in the 1970s. Click here to read more.
