Brief Advice Clinics

A first come, first served free advice clinic for low-income individuals with civil legal issues. Please bring all relevant paperwork with you.

This clinic will have an estate planning focus that includes:

• Basic Wills
• Financial and Healthcare Powers of Attorney
• Living Wills/Advanced Directives
• Transfer on Death Paperwork
• Foreclosure
• Public Benefits
• Consumer/Debt Problems

This clinic will be staffed by pro bono volunteer attorneys from Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Women in the Law Section.
