Volunteer attorneys currently participating in (or committed to) an Ohio Legal Aid Pro Bono Clinic or Project are invited to join this free CLE covering best practices and relevant ethical rules relating to serving Legal Aid pro bono clients.

Topics to be covered include:

• Competence in Pro Bono Work
• Unbundled Pro Bono Representation
• Legal Aid Clinics & Conflict Compliance
• Effective Pro Bono Client Communication
